#depression The sleep app… keeping a waking eye on sleep patterns

One of the things I am very aware of is how disturbed my sleep can be, for many reasons, and how this has a direct effect on how I feel.

So I downloaded a sleep app for my phone that will not only monitor how I sleep also it will lull me into silent slumber with soothing sounds, my favourite being a trickling stream!

Have been monitoring now for about two weeks and it has highlighted some surprising things, more about those later…

Right well as it is the early hours of the morning it is time for sleep, night night!
