#Depression – Bobbing along on the crest of a wave

I have noticed that when I am not in a down period I can tend to have a bit of a bounce and become pretty positive. Not over the top, loud or annoyingly silly, just happy, positive and very friendly with those around me.

Do others find this to be the case too? What are your experiences? Do you try to latch onto this wave of positive mood?

I love to try to harness this positivity for some good purpose.

    1. Hi Alongourway, I can only guess without the dips then we cannot enjoy the peaks of the waves?
Can you imagine what life would be like constantly riding the wave!
