On the 21st February I set myself a goal to gain 5% body weight as I had lost a fair bit over the previous year.
The time scale I gave myself was twelve weeks in which to put on as much muscle as I could while maintaining or improving my overall fitness…
Last Thursday was twelve weeks…
I stood on the scales and…
1.1 Kilograms short of my target…
Kept going though…
This Thursday…
0.13Kgs short
So in thirteen weeks I have managed to gain 5% of my body weight.
