#depression – Exercise of the Week – New Feature #fitness #health

To help focus attention on the importance that physical fitness in fighting depression I am starting an Exercise of the Week category to help…So check back each week to find out about a specific exercise, how it will help you physically, how to do it correctly and build up a realistic exercise programme.

As with all these sorts of things you need to think carefully about your own level of fitness/health and whether you should consult your doctor before embarking on any of the exercises.

Now the important thing here is…

…the first step… without it your adventurous journey of self-discovery cannot begin!
